    3. Gail, do you have abbyy screenshot reader, it is a program that works good on pdf files, and there is a $10.00 version of it. Works just like the snapshot tool of the adobe reader, but it copies to the clipboard of your Microsoft office program. Then you have to format it but before you do make sure there is a period after the paragraph.
