My thoughts are that, while this is something that I think would be a great benefit to the project in getting submissions, perhaps we should set it aside (note, delink, not remove) until someone has the time/energy/etc to be able to work it themselves.  We are really spread to thin for this project at this time. However, that being said, can we have it so that people could still submit photos (just not uploaded/etc) and have an email generated that would send the photo to the appropriate state or county administrator? This is my thinking:  people are really wanting to share their information.  However, many of the coordinators in "other" projects don't want the submissions, although they say otherwise, they don't put the information on the sites.  Once submitters get a foot in the door with a project they will probably submit other data if they see it is welcomed. I hope I am making as much sense as I want to be...  I think that setting it aside and not scrapping it is the better way to go until we have someone who can just devote themselves only to that project.  But I don't want to lose any submissions we already have.
