Hi all, I found a bit of a problem here today with the North Carolina website <http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nctttp/>. Will you please visit and notice whether or not you see navigation on the left side of the page? I just came from the page and on my monitor, it's all missing! I wonder if it's because my monitor is a 19" screen. If it's happening to others, I need to make some quick changes. If not, then it's just my monitor being creepy. Please let me know and when you do, tell me the size of your monitor. Thanks much. c -- -- */Trails to the Past/* http://trailstothepast.org/ */Alaska Trails to the Past/* http://alaskaweb.org
I see the navigation just fine, as well. I'm not sure the size of my screen, I think it's probably the same size or a little smaller than Billie's. However, I did notice a typo -- in the last paragragh on the page, it says: "To become part of the NC Trails to the Past team, please contact Gail Kilgore, our State Administrator. If a county is already adopted that you're interested in, she can place you on a waiting list he keeps" -- shouldn't it be a waiting list SHE keeps? I hope that helps. I have a twenty [ diagonal ] and it's 17 across. The page shows just fine with the window about two-thirds across the screen and all the way down to just less than half [ +/- ] the screen width. My screen resolution is something like 1600x1200 [ +/- ]. maybe it's your screen resolution that is hindering rather than the screen width. Just a thought. Wow! What a pretty page. I have a widescreen "20 inch" monitor, and the Nav is there. Looks great! j Jim in Florida www.albrogenealogy.com On 4/26/2012 1:20 PM, Colleen wrote: > Hi all, > > I found a bit of a problem here today with the North Carolina website > <http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nctttp/>.
