She was born in Sharpsburg, Washington County, Maryland September 15, 1893. Age, sixty years two months and twenty-three days. Miss Barbara Ann Newcomer was married to Michael Sisler, Washington County, Maryland, May 9, 1847 -- forty-six years ago. The next year they came to this township and resided here for about two years. She was a member of the Dunkard church, her husband being a minister of the Dunkard church. She leaves two brothers and one sister.
