    3. We all have to start somewhere and it is usually at the beginning. I didn't even know what HTML or ftp was when I took my first page. Sometimes I still think I don't know what it is.. In the end though, the researcher is looking for material to move on with their genealogical search and I really don't think they are so much impressed with HOW it's presented - just that it IS presented.
