Check it out in Firefox. I now see that in Firefox, the county name at the top is about 5x larger than it is in Internet Explorer 9. This is what I saw the first time, as I rarely use I.E. Looking at the source, this is probably coming from the use of "<big>", as this may be interpreted differently. I would just specify a font-size in the Style or CSS, instead of <big> But even with that updated, there is still a large amount of space between the images and the paragraphs. This pushes everything down. Summit County looked much better, as it had the main navigation up nearer the top of the page.
