I have a problem with some styles on some pages. http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wytttp/converse/bios/conversebios1.htm#ayresa Locally they show fine but when I access them from Rootsweb the margins don't show. They run from window edge to window edge instead of leaving some white space. Never mind. I figured out how to fix it. Still learning how to work with styles. Some days it feels like an uphill battle. Building websites by cutting html code can be problematic. I started out with notepad of all things, and had to learn FTP to upload to my website (1996). Then I discovered the free Arachnophilia which was great because you could cut code, then tab to WYSIWYG to see the results. Then I upgraded to a newer version of Windows, and there it was, FRONT PAGE. I was in love. Well, I tried several times to learn CSS, and still work on it occasionally, but after learning html in three days, I still don't comfortably work with CSS. Hi Billie, Glad you got er working, but, to answer your question, yes, personally, I've had at least one instance where I had to make an allowance for the rootsweb banners. Don't know if anyone else has had any problems. How do you move the banner to the bottom of the page?
