    3. The town of Snohomish is in Snohomish County, north of Seattle. Major cities/towns include Everett and Marysville. Although I don't know the exact location in the picture (or the tree itself) it is probably a leftover from the Mt. Baker - Snoqualmie National Forest. The Pacific Northwest is full of little finds like this one - thanks for sharing. I grew up south of Seattle, and this is very similar to what I would see on a regular basis.
