    3. I'm down to just two, or maybe three, more pages to create to get this book, "Law West Of Fort Smith", online. As I've worked my way through the book I think it should go in Indian Territory. The court did have jurisdiction over a portion of Western Arkansas but the book deals, virtually, completely with cases that had dealings within the territory. There's loads of good stuff if your interested in the "Bad Men" that were in your family tree.
