Brown... silver... gold... white - for the snow they had to deal with! And colorless water... which was so essential. I received a call from Sammie/Jeannie today. They had some powerful storms come through there yesterday and they have lost power in their area. However, even if the rest of their area had power, Sammie/Jeannie would still be powerless, since a neighbor's tree fell and ripped out the power line that goes to her home. She's hoping that they have power back tomorrow, but just in case.... Jeanne/jmh
Eastman's e-newsletter this morning had something pretty good. A company that will scan, create PDF and OCR the pages for $1 for every 100 pages in a book or $1 for ten pages of documents, photos, etc. When they are done you can either download or receive a DVD. They recycle your old paper unless you request the return. They do cut the spine of books. http://1dollarscan.com/ -- "Democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what to have for dinner. Where is the server for Trails located? Are you on Host Monster? That's where we have our two MIGenWeb domains and I also have Jans Digs on Host Monster. Pretty easy, but tedious to go in and change all pw's. I'd do that before I did another thing. Lock everyone out and then go back and issue new pw's to those that use it. Sammie, Please sit tight on your Kentucky sites. I have a message in to Rootsweb to see if they can figure out what the problem is. Once I hear from them and hopefully have this straightened out, I can get you back online, or else they will. Anyway, go have fun in Tennessee or just build your Kentucky sites on your computer until this gets straightened out, okay? All will work out.... I promise. :-) C~ On 8/12/2011 12:06 PM, Sammie jean gregory Fairchild wrote: > no.
