    3. Well, what did we expect from a silk purse? don Obamacare. Sky-high deficits. Crazy regulations. Even crazier White House "czars." If a contest were held to determine the most consistently immoral, perverse and unjust part of the Obama administration, the winner might not be any of the above. Rather, as the October issue of WND's monthly Whistleblower magazine reveals, the frontrunner would be – ironically – the U.S. Department of Justice, led by Attorney General Eric Holder. http://alerts.worldnetdaily.com/HS?a=ENX7Cqk-fAeL8SA9MKJeJIfnGHxKLRjmH_cStGb5lw8W0bBhOG5mpqVsje_Hhe-ud1JL "Under Obama and Holder, the Department of Justice has been transformed from the world's preeminent law enforcement agency into one of the most corrupt federal bureaucracies in modern history," says WND Managing Editor David Kupelian. "It has become, literally, a Department of Injustice." In "DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE," you will learn how, as part of the Obama administration, America's top law enforcement agency: • is hiring only civil rights attorneys who are far leftists – in blatant violation of federal law and department policy – as proven by an astonishing analysis which found that of the 106 lawyers hired in 10 different sections of DOJ's Civil Rights Division, every single one has a résumé filled with connections to far-left organizations, including the "Queer Resistance Front" and "Intersex Society of North America." • is risking a repeat of the easy-lending cycle that led to today's catastrophic housing crisis and economic tsunami, by requiring banks to lower mortgage underwriting standards and approve loans for minorities with poor credit as part of a new crackdown on alleged "discrimination." • has threatened to prosecute CIA officers whose interrogation of terrorist operatives helped lead to the location and termination of Osama bin Laden, even as President Obama basked in glory for bringing the al-Qaida kingpin to justice. • has implemented the scandalous "Fast and Furious" operation in which federal law enforcement personnel have been coerced into facilitating the purchase of thousands of firearms from U.S. gun dealers by people connected to ultra-violent Mexican drug cartels. • is using the "Fast and Furious" scandal – which has already cost many lives, including that of a U.S. Border Patrol agent – as a pretext for imposing draconian new gun-control regulations on law-abiding, federally licensed U.S. firearms dealers; • is attempting to gain early release for over 5,000 crack cocaine users in federal prison – largely because they are black. • overruled the mostly African-American city of Kinston, N.C., whose residents had decided to get rid of the party affiliation of candidates in local elections. Obama's Justice Department insisted that without the Democratic Party on the ballot, blacks just wouldn't know who to vote for. • aborted its already-successful prosecution of the most blatant case of voter intimidation in modern history perpetrated by nightstick-wielding members of the New Black Panther Party. • sued the state of Arizona for passing an immigration law that mandated enforcement of already existing – but unenforced – federal border and immigration laws. • is defying a key federal law, the Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as between a man and woman and prevents courts from using the Constitution's "full faith and credit clause" to force recognition of same-sex marriage on all 50 states. • is mandating that al-Qaida-trained terrorist Umar "underwear bomber" Abdulmutallab be tried as an American criminal suspect and not a foreign enemy combatant – thus allowing him to lawyer up and avoid the very questioning that has proven in the past to yield precious intel capable of saving thousands of lives. And believe it or not, that's just the beginning. "DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE" also comprehensively documents Holder's scandalous record of granting presidential pardons to 16 Puerto Rican terrorists during the Clinton administration; it lays bare his involvement in an effort funded by billionaire George Soros to push for a new, "progressive" U.S. Constitution; it shows how Holder decided, over the objections of federal prosecutors, not to prosecute Council on American-Islamic Relations co-founder Omar Ahmad for funding terrorists; it details his infamous Clinton-era pardon of international criminal Marc Rich; and much more. "What would the press and Democratic members of Congress be saying about scandals of this magnitude," asks WND founder and CEO Joseph Farah, "if they were the handiwork of George W. Bush? Do you think there would be any hesitation to call for impeachment, trial and conviction? Can you even imagine that scandals like this would not be at the top of every news report day after day after day? Neither can I." Adds Farah, "In fact, I believe people would be on their way to prison for the crimes and cover-ups that have been perpetrated by this administration. And that's exactly what Americans should be demanding right now." A five-year veteran of the DOJ and a key attorney in pursuing the New Black Panther voter intimidation case, Adams recounts the shocking story of how a once-storied federal agency, the DOJ’s Civil Rights division, has degenerated into a politicized fiefdom for far-left militants, where the enforcement of the law depends on the race of the victim. Adams reveals: • The inside story of how the Obama DOJ spiked the voter intimidation lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party – and the Panthers' little-known public appearance with Obama • How the Obama administration changed DOJ hiring policy to ensure radical leftists would dominate the Civil Rights Division • The Obama DOJ's bizarre agenda, from insisting on kids' rights to attend school dressed as transvestites, to litigating for teachers' rights to take paid vacations to Mecca • How the DOJ has repeatedly sided with political bosses who flagrantly disenfranchise entire communities of white voters • Why the DOJ’s fixation on racial grievance threatens the integrity of the 2012 elections This searing indictment of government malfeasance unveils the astonishing political extremism and outright lawlessness that now infects one of the government’s most powerful agencies. With everything from civil rights laws to America’s voting system at risk, J. Christian Adams sound the alarm on a gathering threat to our nation’s future. (A $27.95 value – FREE!) Second, you'll also receive Whistleblower's special issue titled "STEALTH ATTACK: How the Left took control of America piece by piece – schools, media, churches, and now government." The same 'ism' Americans fought to contain overseas – whether called Marxism, socialism, or progressivism – has been slowly infiltrating and subverting America for decades. The final piece of the puzzle, the federal government, fell into leftists' hands like a ripe piece of fruit in November 2008. This widely acclaimed issue of Whistleblower ends the charade once and for all. (A $7.50 value – FREE!) EVEN BETTER OFFER: Subscribe, renew or give a gift subscription for two years and you'll get a $10 discount on the already reduced two-year rate ($74.95 instead of the usual $84.95), and you'll receive three free gifts: You'll get both "Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department" and "STEALTH ATTACK." But in addition, you'll get the huge best-seller "Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws" by Judge Andrew Napolitano. The outspoken and wildly popular Fox News commentator uses his vast experience and expertise to expose the rampant misuse and dangerous abuse of power in America’s criminal justice system. In this alarming book, Judge Napolitano makes the solid case that there is a pernicious and ever-expanding pattern of government abuse in America’s criminal justice system, leading him to establish his general creed: "The government is not your friend." As an attorney, law professor, commentator, judge, and now a successful television personality, Napolitano has studied the system inside and out, and his unique voice has resonance and relevance. Whether in the big, headliner criminal cases or in the thousands of small-town trials no one ever hears about (but should), the police, prosecutors, politicians, judges, and machinery of government are inexorably grinding away at the individual liberties guaranteed to all Americans by the Constitution. Napolitano sets the record straight, speaking frankly from his own experiences and thorough investigation, and reveals how government agencies will often arrest without warrant, spy without legal authority, imprison without charge, and kill without cause.

When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in GRASS VALLEY, CA. it was believed that he had nothing left of any value. Later, when the nurses were going through his meager possessions, they found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital. One nurse took her copy to Missouri. The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas edition of the News Magazine of the St. Louis Association for Mental Health. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem. And this little old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet. Crabby Old Man... What do you see nurses? . . .. . . What do you see? What are you thinking . . . . . when you're looking at me? A crabby old man . . . . . not very wise, Uncertain of habit . . . . . with faraway eyes? Who dribbles his food . . . . . and makes no reply. When you say in a loud voice . . . . . 'I do wish you'd try!' Who seems not to notice .. . . . . the things that you do. And forever is losing . . . . . A sock or shoe? Who, resisting or not . . . . . lets you do as you will, With bathing and feeding . . . . . The long day to fill? Is that what you're thinking? . . . . . Is that what you see? Then open your eyes, nurse . . . . . you're not looking at me. I'll tell you who I am. . . . . . As I sit here so still, As I do at your bidding, . . . . . as I eat at your will. I'm a small child of Ten . . . . .. with a father and mother, Brothers and sisters . . . . . who love one another. A young boy of Sixteen . . . . with wings on his feet. Dreaming that soon now . . . . . a lover he'll meet. A groom soon at Twenty . . . . . my heart gives a leap. Remembering, the vows . . . . . that I promised to keep. At Twenty-Five, now . . . .. . I have young of my own. Who need me to guide . . . . . And a secure happy home. A man of Thirty . . . . . My young now grown fast, Bound to each other . . . . . With ties that should last. At Forty, my young sons . . .. . . have grown and are gone, But my woman's beside me . . . . . to see I don't mourn. At Fifty, once more, babies play 'round my knee, Again, we know children . . . . . My loved one and me. Dark days are upon me . . . . . my wife is now dead. I look at the future . . . . . shudder with dread. For my young are all rearing . . . . . young of their own. And I think of the years .. . . . . and the love that I've known. I'm now an old man . . . . .. and nature is cruel. Tis jest to make old age . . . . . look like a fool. The body, it crumbles . . . . . grace and vigor, depart. There is now a stone . . . . where I once had a heart. But inside this old carcass . . . . . a young guy still dwells, And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells. I remember the joys . . . . . I remember the pain. And I'm loving and living . . . . . life over again. I think of the years, all too few . . . . . gone too fast. And accept the stark fact . . . . that nothing can last. So open your eyes, people . . . . . open and see. Not a crabby old man . . . . Look closer . .. . see ME!! Remember this poem when you next meet an older person who you might brush aside without looking at the young soul within. We will all, one day, be there, too! Jeannie ________________________________ From: donkelly <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, October 11, 2011 9:17 PM Subject: Re: [TTTP] New Members Well, what did we expect from a silk purse? don Obamacare. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. Hello and welcome to the new members. You will find this is a great bunch. If there's anything you need don't be afraid to give a shout. There are many talented people here that are ready, willing and able to give a hand. Jeannie ________________________________ From: Colleen <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, October 11, 2011 1:33 PM Subject: Re: [TTTP] New Members - MARY OLIVE, FAWN ?, and MICHAEL McDANIEL A very hearty welcome to each of you!  :-) I hope you'll find us to be a most-enjoyable part of your day.  We're more like a family here, rather than just a project of volunteers. My pet project here is Alaska and I'm always looking for new material.  So, if you have any stored in the shoe boxes under your bed or binders stuck in the bottom of the box in the cellar, I'll be here! <g> I'm Gail's right arm and when she isn't available, I am.  I have only a bazillion messages a day drop into my inbox, but if you ever need me for something, please be sure to put my name in the subject line in CAPITAL LETTERS (as I did for you in this message) so your email will capture my attention.  Messages with my name glaring at me are the ones I read first. I'm also the District Administrator for the Northwest District, and am temporarily the DA for the Northeast District, as well.  I also temporarily cover Michigan as the State Administrator.  If any of you have strong HTML knowledge, lots of time, and wish to take over the Northeast District, I'll be happy to surrender the same if Gail approves. If you have taken on to manage a state, please be sure to let me know once you have it online.  I addition to the above, I'm also webmistress for the project. I'd also like to add that I'm happy to help you in any way I can - as are ALL the members here.  We're a very friendly group, as you'll soon find out. Once again, we're very glad to have you all onboard Trails. 3. Welcome Welcome Welcome!!!! We are so pleased to have you joining our family. And, yes, we really are a family. We have many a good time (although, it's usually just via email). Although, I have gotten to meet several of you!!! So, who's next.... I am the SA of Wisconsin, Mississippi, Idaho, and Washington. I am hosting (hoping for a new volunteer -- anyone, anyone? Do I see a hand in the back???) South Dakota, South Carolina, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Delaware. I am the DA of the North Central District, which includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. And there are lots of opportunities in these states!!! (I didn't list New Jersey, because Jan is going to do that one and Virginia because Fran HT was going to take that one.) Although I grew up in Wisconsin and still consider it home, I live in North Carolina, less than fifty miles from South Carolina and halfway between Charlotte and Asheville. I am a mom, first and foremost, to five children. I am a Cub Scout leader. I am a Girl Scout leader. I have met JoAnn and Jeannie (one of the other ones). I would love to meet each and everyone in person. My oldest son is getting his military physical tomorrow and will be going into the Army in April as a geospatial engineer. My baby girl is five and started kindergarten this fall. My other two sons play football, while my oldest daughter is in marching band, so this time of year gets rather hectic for us! If everything goes as planned, we will be at Fort Jackson for Aaron's graduation from Basic in June, at Fort Belvoir for Aaron's graduation from AIT in October. Then he'll have three weeks at Fort Benning for Air Borne. Homecoming at the high school is Friday night, so Chelsea will be there, and has a marching band competition on Saturday. Timothy and Jonas played their "homecoming" games last Saturday, but they play games every Saturday until well into November. Fortunately, we are able to limit other activities.... Now that I am home by myself mostly during the day, I have time to spend working on pages and going and gathering data. It is a strange feeling to be by myself all day long....I had forgotten what it was like to actually be able to go to the bathroom by myself!!! Well, back to Idaho, been working on adding some good data to the site. Hopefully, I'll be getting another county online -- try to do them one at a time and add plenty to them as I go. I also need to get back to sending out all the submissions. Gerry, I think I have some stuff for California in these notebooks I got from my cousin!
