    3. A researcher checked the 1766 tax list of Coxsackie for TRYON, TRYAN or TREYON. Nothing. She did find the Bronk family, who were witnesses to baptism of Tryon children of that time. Here is the exact citation - "Upstate New York in the 1760's; Tax List & Selected Militia Rolls of Old Albany County 1760-1768," by Florence Christoph. (Camden, ME: Picton Press, 1992. Note this book only covers old Albany county. ) p. 95-96 Coxsackie Tax List 1766 Coxsackie, now in Greene County, originally contained the towns of Greenville, Durham, New Baltimore and parts of Athens and Cain This list is dated 13 Feb 1766 p. 95 Pieter Bronk - 7 p. 96 Jan Bronk - 14 Assuming they were not there, where could they be that they would travel to Coxsackie to have their children baptized?
