The Glastonbury Tryons were a favorite study of Donald Lines Jacobus, the foremost Connecticut genealogist (founder of TAG, The American Genealogist). I found his notes on the subject at the Connecticut Historical Society and have tried to build on them. And, by my definition you are definitely genealogists!! What software do you use? I use The Master Genealogist because it is much more friendly to citations than any other I have seen. I also keep lots of data in a relational database form using Paradox and/or Access. WordPerfect is my WP of choice.
