I think we can give officially up on the Amos White in 1850 Mendon being the one who Benjamin Peter Tryon was living with in 1850. He died in 1854, shortly after being send to prison for murder. This is according to a history of St. Joseph Co. MI. Kind of thankful, for Fanny Tryon, that she wasn't married to that particular White. Vicki
