Has anyone ever heard about a son being burned at the stake? This does not seem accurate for Native American behavior in my experience. Thoughts? I searched all Beaver Co., PA county histories, and came up blank. Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know what happened to John Trover's other sons? I contacted the DAR for copies of anyone's application who used John Trover as an ancestor to join the DAR, and they have no record of anyone using John Trover. Does anyone have a copy or transcription of John Trover's pension records? Does anyone know John Trover's wife's name? My records indicate (from Pat Hites Cunningham, via Arnella Barris) that George's mother was a "Martha Trover" who died in Rockingham Co., VA in about 1815. I know John Trover lived in Rockingham Co., VA before moving to Hopkinsville, KY.
