The Heinrich Wagner Familienbuch for Schillingen uses the oo notation to indicate a marriage but Scholer's books don't. Also neither Wagner's book nor volume 1 of Scholer's have entries numbered as high as 9270. Neither go much beyond Nr. 2000. In any case, the wordwrapping of the email seems to have messed up some of the formatting of the entry, making it hard to follow. "Aus" should be followed by either a village name, e.g., "aus Kell" (indicating where the person or couple originated) or by the name of another Familienbuch, e.g., "aus FB Zerf" (which would tell you that further information on the family can be found there). Can you check the record again? It could provide you with the information you need to follow the family further. Without knowing what follows "aus" in the record, the fact that exact birthdates are unknown for both Josef and Anna Maria suggests that their birth records are not in the Schillingen church books, which go back to 1686. They may have been from a neighboring village (hence the importance of what follows "aus"). An alternative method for finding their whereabouts is to examine the other Goeden entries in the Familienbücher to determine where other Goedens are from. Carol, I have some WIRTZ information that a relative obtained from German church records that were translated from Latin at the Mormon Church Library in SLC by the staff there about 20 years ago. Maybe it will provide a research point for you. Petri WIRTZ married Evee HENKES (thought to be born in 1700s, and probably lived/married in Mettendorf, Germany, near Bitburg.) Their daughter, Angelae WIRTZ, married Jacobi HESER January 1, 1827. (probably in Mettendorf, Germany, near Bitburg.) To my knowledge, none of my relatives were from Schillingen, though I have other HENKES relatives from Trier. Hope this helps!
