Ron, I'm sorry for your loss, but you just gave a testimonial for why all of us should maintain an "off-site" copy of our data. Not many Katrina's happen in our lives, but disk crashes and lightening strikes are more often than we would like. I find that RootsWeb WorldConnect (http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/) is an excellent place to both show my family data ("cleansed") and be able to retrieve it (as sent), if a disaster should happen. And even better, it's free and the submitter has complete control to update or delete (unlike published CDs, such as FTM's World Family Trees and LDS's Pedigree Resource Files). Thanks for reminding me to update my WorldConnect submittal. Oh, the LDS FamilySearch website databases shows 2 Peter TERRESs in that time period, one in Gusterath and the other Lampaden (both extracted from records).
