Hi Jay, In particular, which Michels and which Feller? Both names are connected to my family in Osburg. There are Feller in Chicago, along with the Gards, Resch, Meyer and Neufing families. Peter Feller and Margaretha Gard were Godparents at the baptism of Peter Neifing in 1901 at St. Michaels Parrish in Chicago. Three of the parrishes a majority of my family were found, were St. Michael's, St. Joseph's on Cleveland, and St. Boniface. There are several people on this list whose families are from the Osburg Parrish, so you may be able to find other connecting familes to yours, pretty easily. I've also found my family in the surrounding parrishes of Reinsfeld, Schillingen, Farschweiler, Zuesch and Irsch, along with others...... I currently have the Osburg andmicrofilm at my FHC. Just quickly looking in my files I found the following: Peter Feller of Osburg married to Anna Meyer of Thomm, child is Carolus Nicolaus Feller b. Oct. 12, 1899 Illinois. Anna Feller of Osburg married to Mathias Steinbach of Osburg, January 22, 1874 in Osburg child is Anna Steinbach b. May 10, 1876. Nicolas Michels married Margaretha Neufing March 11, 1882 in Osburg.
