Two Clasens appear in my Koch line, but I have no idea where they were from. Maria Clasen married Nikolaus Koch 24 Jan 1782, and Barbara Clasen married Sebastian Koch 11 Aug 1785. Nikolaus and Sebastian were brothers of my ancestor Johannes Koch. Our Kochs came to Chicago several generations later, however. (from Noswendel-Rodt, Germany) Pat
