I have been searching, without success for anyone in Germany with the surname, KOTTMER. I have recently seen it or the spelling, Kottemer, belonging to someone in Koblenz, Germany. I have not had any luck communicating with this person yet. Is there anyone out there from Koblenz or anywhere in Germany familiar with this surname? Thanks Linda Kottmer
