I hope someone can help me with this town. I am searching for the place of birth of my husband's HOHL ancestors. All records we have seen show them as coming from France or from Alsace. A couple of marriage records show "Lutz" as a birthplace. I do not find this town in France or Alsace. However, there is a Lutz in Luxembourg. Can someone tell me if this town in Luxembourg was at one time part of Alsace? The ancestors in question came from the area in 1860 to New York City. Thanks for your help. Cathy Weber
