Hi: If anyone wants a New Trier lookup (cemetery, birth death, marrriage, statis annimarum, or early confirmation, I will be glad to oblige). In the meantime- the Dakota Co. Genealogical Society has the transcription of the cemetery including approximately 500 names from death records of persons with no stones and it is indexed. Excuse the plug, but it is available for very reasonable price. We also have the nearby cemetery of Miesville in print.(Miesville named after a person from Dollendorf, Germany) In addition, I have records and transcriptions for the Cemeteries in Hampton and Vermillion. All of the aforementioned cemeteries have numerous persons who emigrated from the Trier and Luxembourg areas. Also, the German Catholic Cemetery in Hastings will soon be put in print(that is another cemetery with many, many unmarked or missing graves) For all of these cemeteries I have used obituaries, death records(county) and church records to increase its accuracy. I also might add that I had done a New Trier Origins book which identifies many of the origins of the early families of the New Trier area. I plan on updating it with more information. Thanks Bob Olson
