Hallo Bill es klingt nach "Sendschoeffen" (o with umlaut), also Mitwirkende bei einem "Sendgericht". Diese Gerichte waren Sittengerichte, die aus den Visitationen des Bischofs hervorgingen. Vermutlich handelt es sich also bei den Eintragungen um Verhandlungen - und eventuell auch Urteile - eben eines solchen Gerichts.
