Hi, I am new to this list and would like to know if anyone can help me with the following names. I have an Abraham TAVERNIER BORN 1664 in Gronau,Palatinate, maried 19 May 1687 in Monderstadt, Hanau,RP and died Strasburg, Uckermark, Germany. His parents were Jean-Jaques TAVERNIER born 1637 St Armand France and Susanne Du Fresne born abt 1631 in Guines, Calais, France. Abraham maried Elisabeth TAVERNIER born 1665 Mannheim, Germany and died 7 Jun 1748 Strasbourg . Her father was Nicol (probably Nicolas) TAVERNIER born Alsheim, Palatinate. Abraham and Elisabeth had a son Abraham TAVERNIER, born 19 Oct 1697 in Strasburg Uckermark Germany, who married Jeanne TAVERNIER who was born in Rossow Uckermark Germany. her parents were Joses TAVERNIER born Alledemode france and marrried abt May 1690 in Hofgeismar to Sara SIMON who was born in Monderstaft, Pfalz, Germany . I would like to find out more on this line if possible. I believe many Tavernier lines stem from Nicholas TAVERNIER. I also have other Huguenot names attached to this fmaily including CASTILLON/CASTILLION, ROGE, JUNIER/JINIEZ, DOURDY, DUCHINNE (DUCAN) and BELEZE. Of these Marie DOURDY was born in Leiden, Holland abt 1671 abd Married Pierre ROGE. Marc CASTILLON was born 1665 in Lusson, Languedoc, France and married Peronne JUNIER/JINIEZ born abt 1667 Nion, Switzerland and married in Nion Switzerland on 24 Jul 1697.
