Could someone help me with a little history of Heimbach, Germany, located on the Nahe River about 50 miles North or Northeast of Luxembourg. Naturally, this is where my Heimbach/Heimbaugh/Heimbeaugh family came from. I am a descendant of Peter Heimbach who came to the U.S. in about 1749 with his wife.
