    3. Hi- guess I will add a wee bit of my Michels family here also: I have an Anna Maria Michels marrying in the village of Welchbillig in 1767 to Johann Frantzen ,b. 1738 also of Welchbillig. I do not know the parents of Anna Maria. Perhaps this will help locate some " older " Family members. 3. Cathy, Dr. Joseph LINGER, the son of Eva MICHELS and Christian LINGER/LENGER had the following people sign his funeral book: The date of that funeral was October 8, 1941. M&M W. Frangen; Mrs. W. Frangen, Sr.; Mrs. W. Frangan (Schaefer); It is very possible that this is FRANZEN and not FRANGEN...due to the old scripting...are any of these people related to you? Please e-mail me off-list so we can discuss this and share other lines--which may proove a link.
