Al, Anna BINGS was married in 1868 in NYC at age 19 to John LERCH. I'm not sure when she immigrated. I have looked at Germans to America, but couldn't find a match for her. Her name on her marriage certificate was Binks and it said she was from Prussia, but the closest I can come to the surname in that area or in Germany is Bings. Her fathers name was Mathias and her mother was Catherina ? There are several Mathias Bings listed at familysearch.org from the Heckenbach region of Prussia, but none that clearly match the Mathias I'm looking for. I am not sure if Mathias and Catherina also emmigrated. I haven't found any clear matches in City Directories or Census's for them either .
