    2. Hi, Bonnie: No. I do NOT think that all is OK with Bill. He last communicated with me last aurumn, on his laptop, from the hospital, where he was undergoing chemotheraphy for the Nth time. His e-mail was not very good, I replied, never heard again;. At Christmas I sent them a card (Nancy had been unwell too, with kidney problems, dialysis I believe, etc.) and holiday letter, asking how things were. I have not heard. Bill had always been attentive to timely replies; that's why I'm worried. I countinue to work on the DRIONs in Elsass-Lothringen; have not uncovered anything new. I'm still not convinced of the Hatten connection. But until we have firm evidence - - - Good to talk to someone on the TREON line again !! Dave Ross

    1. Re: [TREON] Just wondering - - -Hi Dick & Dave & everyone!!
    2. YES! We are STILL here and wish the list would become more active. Perhaps we need a new roll call?? We've grown this year and it would probably be a good idea. Just SLOW lately after Christmas. Feel free to introduce yourselves and re-post any queries. Would love to figure out Christian-- still think he was the Christian Adrian and that his branch in MD, some may have kept the Adrian surname before they went to OHIO. Also, back then, the BORDERS of PA and MD were MUCH MUCH different, so we must also keep that in mind. Many "disputed" border areas there for a long time. Bonnie (SEEKING INFO ON TREON/DRION/TRAHAN?? I find it most interesting the spellings of TRYON, TREIN, and TRINE. ALSO our TREON'S have been spelled in these manors. Does anyone recognize these folks? I also found FREDERICK TREIN mentioned several times in PA (think he was a doc too???) and wondered if he is the same as my husband's or if he was a different man with a similar name and same occupation. He was listed on a census in another county close to Northumberland but not in Northumberland PA and I need to find my FTM stuff. Anyway, just wanted to re-post VALLETTA's query as we have had a bunch of wonderful new members join since May. Thanks and have a nice day.
