Jacob Dyk about 1894; George S. (1876) apparently unmarried who was a farmer and died 1940; and, Eleanor M. 'Ella', born June, 1880. All were born in NY, probably in Wayne Co. Ella married Clarence D. Cortright on "Sat night, July 2, at 10 o'clock by Rev.J. Dyk in the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. J. Dyk." Year was not given in the newspaper clipping from a scrapbook at the Wayne Co. Historian's Office in Lyons, Wayne Co. I believe it was in Herkimer, Herkimer Co, NY. As of 1920 census, Eleanor Tremper and Clarence Cortright had 2 children: John M. (1905) and Matthew (1907), but Matthew died young in Sept 1907 and is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, Clyde, Wayne Co, NY. (from Cemetery Records at Wayne Co. Historian's Office.
