Lynda Gail Treadway Lynda Gail Treadway, 49, of Atkins, died Thursday, February 21, 2002 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born October 25, 1952, in Wichita, Kansas, and was the daughter of Albert M. Carpenter and the late Virginia Lee Lackey Carpenter. She was a home caregiver and attended the Atkins Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Tami Carpenter of Norman, Okla.; a daughter, Brandi Treadway of Atkins; her father, Albert Carpenter of Atkins; a brother, David Carpenter of Atkins; three grandchildren, Dillion, Brett, and Paul Carpenter, all of Norman, Okla.; and two nephews, Paul and Jonathan Carpenter, both of Atkins. Funeral serivce was Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Lemley Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Geno Johnston officiating. Burial was in the Atkins City Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Honorary pallbearers were Todd Ballard and Steve Pyle. Active pallbearers were Frank Estrada, James, David, and Buster Lackey, Greg Alexander, and Bill Moore.
