Mariah Embree was her first and second name. Her maiden name was White. She married Charles Quillen Treadway. One of their daughters was my paternal grandmother, Virgie Isabella (Treadway) Dent. That's the connection. One of my questions was whether or not, being that "Embree" was part of her name, was she related to the Embree family around Embreeville, TN? I do know my grandparents, Alvin Weldie Dent and Virgie Isabella (Treadway) Dent lived in Erwin, Embreeville and Jonesborough. Around the early 1900's they moved to Pennsylvania where my grandfather was originally from.
