There is a copy of the book at Samford College in Birmingham, Alabama. The book is no longer being published, the reason I know is that a few years ago I spoke to Clarice Cox on the phone & that is what she told me, I do not know if the lady is still living or not. Samford College will not let you copy all of the book,for I tried a few years back even though I had permission from Mrs. Cox. The book is quite interesting, hope this might help you some.
