Since writing last, I haven't learned anything new about my KITE line. I checked for info in SLCity in Oct. & again this past Spring, but found nothing new. If I learn anything, I'll write to you. It certainly is a challenge to put the missing pieces together in this KITE puzzle...but interesting!
