Inf. Eliza Kite (widow of B. F. Treadway), was already remarried ,to Jeptha Kite, by 22 May 1880 when she filed for B. F. Treadway's pension. Jeptha Kite, Eliza (May) Treadway's second husband, served in the Civil War with Co H, 1st Ark Cav. Eliza A. Kite (widow of Jeptha Kite) filed for Jeptha's pension in Deming, New Mexico on 08 Feb 1888. *********************************************************************** i. In 1860 she, and her two youngest daughters, Parmelia & Elizabeth, were living in the household of her eldest son, Richard Kite, in Jefferson Co MO. In 1870 she was head of her own household, five residences from her eldest son, Richard, in Valle, Jefferson Co MO, with her daughter, Parmelia, and an 8 year old male, Thomas Kite.
