Treadway Mrs. Novella Irene Treadway, 79, 1010 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at her residence. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late S.M. and Nannie Carden Estep. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Treadway was a member of the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Estep. Survivors include her husband, Charles D. Treadway; a daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and Steve Miller, Hampton; two grandsons, Frankie Martin and Michael Martin; two great-grandchildren, Heather Martin and MaKayla Martin; three brothers, S.M. Floyd and Carl Estep, all of Elizabethton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2004 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. The graveside service and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 2004 in the Treadway Cemetery. The Walsh Family will provide the music. Pallbearers will be selected from the Men's Sunday school class, Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Sunday to go to the cemetery.
