Arley, I have no information on this family but I can tell you that according to her birth record, Nannie was the daughter of Edward Tyree and Judith.  However apparently Judith used the name "Juda" as that is how it is on the birth record. I am an avid Treadway researcher as my maternal line can be traced back to Jesse Treadway and Mahala Johnson. Question for you. What Meadows line do you descend from? Jesse Treadway, grandson of Jesse and Mahala married 3 times. His first wife was Eliza Meadows from Boone County, WV and his third wife was Barbara Smith, d/o Martin Smith and America Meadows.
