I have been to the cemetary in Canadian, TX (Hemphill County)where Eliza May Kite is buried, she died in 1903. Her son, Richard Kite owned a grocery store in Canadian, I can't remember when he died. He had two children, a boy and a girl. The girl was named Richie, she never married, died in 1989 and the people in Canadian remember her.
