Hello all -   Last night while looking at my Giles County, Marriages 1806-1850 book, I came across the following marriage:   Mary TREDWAY to Ephram Stanford, May 11, 1816. Bondsman - Josiah Porterfield   It has long been thought that the Treadways/Tredways that inhabit both Fayette and Raleigh Counties in West Virginia were from Giles County, VA. Interesting enough, but this is the only  Treadway/Tredway marriage (male or female) in this book.   Does anyone have any insight as to who this Mary might be?
