I don't know that this is accurate, but heard it from a Treadway descendent who still lives in Walker County. John and Rebecca's daughter, Sarah is my g grandmother. I had really hoped to find both of them and thought it might shed a little more light on their lives. I searched the film, page by page and still found nothing on either name. I was able to find Jeptha's parents on the passenger list of 1832 and then their marriage license in England in 1821. There is still a lot of mystery about them and their widow Eliza.
