    3. Hi Cheryl, Since a boarding officer is an occupation. I thought about looking at New Orleans directories. Here is a link to what I found and I copied a few lines from this link below . Keep in mind this information is a transcription and subject to errors. When you open the link you will find at the top where the information was found. Perhaps you can locate the original directory.
