It's never a good idea to mix business and personal funds. You earned this income via your business, regardless of how the client found you; therefore, the money should be deposited in the business account. If it's too late for that, you should record this as income to the business and then a distribution of capital to yourself (depending, of course, on the how your business is set up: LLC, in which case it depends on which of the following you choose to file your taxes as; sole proprietorship; or S corporation).
