Hi Diane, I live about a half hour away from the Tacoma library, and have been there often to look at the microfilmed newspapers. My current rate is $35 an hour, with a professional discount to other professional genealogists of $30 an hour. Travel time is included, since it's within 25 miles of my home. I would be able to do this lookup by December 31, or sooner if you need it.
