    3. A critical point. :-) As I learned the hard way with sub-contractors on my Navy cases, not one of whom had my software or any two that used the same software! We developed a work around where only the BMD fields are completed in the software. I transferred a GedCom from Reunion to Legacy with lots of French Canadiann and Acadian names. Now I get to go through them and correct any that had special characters.
