Agree that all have their quirks and learning curves. You might want to check out Brothers Keeper by John Steed. I have been using it for about 15 years and find it both powerful (lots of reports you can create), flexible, and easy to use. One of the things that you get with Brothers Keeper that you do not get with others is that there is a great mail list to assist with problems and John Steed is always there with the answers directly from the expert.
