Hi list, I recently had to combine 9 different FTM databases from a client into a single database as part of a big clean-up project. Although I told the program to merge duplicates, I've still wound up with often 7-8 of the exact same person. I don't know of any other way to merge these duplicates other than going one at a time, which will take HOURS in a 1,000+ person tree. Does anyone know how I can merge 7-8 duplicates all at once? Or any other way around this annoying problem? Thank you! Eva
Try to merge again, then click the manual option to go one by one through those remaining. However, any time you merge there may be lost data.
