I showed an aunt the picture that you reference as Grandma Trahan. My aunt told me that picture isn't Hortense's picture (as I originally thought), but Hortense's mother Renice (Azema). My aunt often visited Hortense when she was a little girl. So one of Hortense's children is who referenced the lady in the picture as Grandma Trahan. Hope this helps.
