    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: johnlisa191 Surnames: Trace Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.trace/71.1.2.2.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: The Conrad Trace I am referring to was the father of Nathan Trace who lived on a farm in Berks County for 40 years. He is buried in Chester county. Nathan and Mary (Baker) were the parents of William Trace, my great-great grandfather. He lived in Monocacy, Amity Township. I saw an 1820 Census record that listed Conrad Trace as living in New Hanover Township, Montgomery County. That was where my research stopped. I was trying to find the first Trace in my family line not born in the U.S. I thought he might be my link to this. Of course, I am not sure that all my information is correct. I was not aware of two Conrad Traces' in Berks County. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
