TRACE's of Franklin Co., Pa. and wondered if anybody might/may know whom they belong to. This is the misc. TRACE's I'm referring to: Thomas J. and Mary O. Mc ? 1900 Green twp. franklin co., Pa. Irvine Trace 8yr(june 1891) James and Fannie Smith 1910 Waynesboro Alverda Trace (ward - 9yr)* David and Carrie Bricker(aunt and uncle) Quincy Twp. Carol Trace 1yr 9mo. old(as of 01/15-16/1920) Catherine 9mo. old(as of 01/15-16/1920) Abram J. and Mary Staley(Great Aunt and Uncle) Quincy twp. Madaline Trace 3yrs 8mo. (as of 01/13-14/1920) Well as I was looking through my genealogy notes it dawned on me that I have a TRACE/SMITH marriage. Since both parents died before 1910 Census. There is a * by Alverda TRACE because of the TRACE/SMITH marriage. Then I looked into my gedcom file of the family. In the spouse's notes I have 1880's Census records. As it turns out, James and Fannie SMITH are the Aunt and Uncle of Alverda. James being the Brother of Barbra(in 1880 Census record). Now all I have to do is find some more concrete proof that Alverda TRACE is Christian & Barbra(SMITH)TRAce's daughter born approx. 1901! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
