I am looking for any information on Elmer Towell. I know he lived in Webber Falls, OK. area in the 1930's- early 1940's. I think he worked the oilfields or rigs. Elmer left in early 1940's with Lillie Burr and went to California. I was told he lived with his mother while in Webber Falls. If you know anything about him please e-mail me.
