    3. Hello, I am having great difficulty locating a relative. His name is Gary Desmond Tomlin. I believe he was born in Australia. His parents were born in Australia. He traveled around the world and could have settled anywhere. He'd probably be in his early 70's. Born in the early 1930's. All I really have to go on is his name. Does this name ring a bell with anyone? Thank you Susan Tomlin

    3. My gggmother Martha Tomlins was christened 26 April 1812 at Madeley, Shropshire; the daughter of Thomas and Ann Tomlins. Her sister Rosanna was chr. 15 Oct 1809, and brother John 14 June 1807; and I suspect a Mary Ann born about 1804 is a sister; she married Abraham Williams. I wonder if the parents were: Thomas Tomlins who married Ann Walters at St Chad Shrewsbury 17 April 1798 ? Richard, NZ.

John S. was born John Tomlin Ishmael but, reaching adulthood, he had his name legally changed, using his mother's maiden name as his "new" surname. If anyone knows this person ("Jack Jr., the redhead") have him contact me or tell me where I can find him now. I have lots to tell him.
